Our Story
Hi! I am Bob Bitterli, a chocolatier. I loved chocolate from my earliest memory. And when the opportunity arose I began making chocolates. One chocolate at a time. Hand painted. With the freshest fillings and finest Belgian chocolate. Each chocolate, exquisitely designed for that special moment, special day or just for the pure joy of it!
That joy of life brought us to Francestown into a historic home looking for inspiration. And we found it. In the beauty of the forests, ponds, and streams and in the friendships of our new neighbors. We wanted to give something back to the community so we decided to modify our barn conversion from only a chocolate factory to a chocolate kitchen and cafe. Curating an experience for neighbors to meet, laugh, and share. For those passing by to have respite and refreshment for the journey ahead. And for all our guests a chance to take a pause in the day and connect with others or a quiet spot to reflect.
